Beaphar Lactol is made from highly digestible whey protein. Whey protein is known for its very high biological value and essential amino acids (building materials of protein). Ultrafiltration ensures the concentration of the proteins.

A slow careful drying process at a low temperature during production preserves the protein molecules and even the fragile immunoglobulin molecules. This careful drying process can even yield up to 10% better growth than powder dried in the conventional way, thanks to the improved digestibility of the proteins. DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) is naturally present in breast milk and plays an important role in brain and vision development.
