Description

Beaphar CARE+® Guinea Pig is an extremely palatable, complete, premium food which has been developed alongside vets and nutritionists. The pellets have a high fibre content of 22%, which is essential for good digestion. The recipe combines a balanced ratio of fibre and high-quality, digestible vegetable proteins and zero added sugars to ensure it is perfectly adapted to meet a guinea pig's nutritional requirements. In addition, Beaphar CARE+® Guinea Pig contains extra stable vitamin C for better bio-availability, antioxidants such as vitamin E, omega 3 and 6, green tea extract and spirulina to support the immune system, prebiotics MOS and FOS to support healthy gut flora, and yucca schidigera extract to reduce the smell of guinea pig’s faeces. The Beaphar CARE+® Small Animal Range uses an extruded, all-in-one formulation to ensure each food pellet contains the same composition and prevent selective feeding. This means no food is wasted and everything is eaten. Beaphar CARE+® is hardened to support the natural wearing of the teeth, thus reducing the risk of dental problems.

Instructions

ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT PACKAGING BEFORE USE. When changing your guinea pig onto a new food it is important to do this gradually. Over a few days mix some old food in with Beaphar CARE+® Guinea Pig to avoid causing any intestinal disturbance. The daily amount of Beaphar CARE+® Guinea Pig to feed is dependent upon the size and weight of your guinea pig The below information is a guide, so you may need to adjust the feeding amounts to suit your guinea pig's requirements. Feed 30–50g of Beaphar CARE+® Guinea Pig per day. These quantities should preferably be split between two meals. Always have fresh drinking water available and a constant supply of hay.
