Description

Beaphar CARE+® Chinchilla is an extremely palatable, complete, premium food which has been developed alongside vets and nutritionists. The pellets are specially shaped to enable chinchillas to hold them in their paws with ease, contain a high fibre content of 20%, which is essential for good digestion and are low in fat. The recipe combines a balanced ratio of fibre and high-quality, digestible vegetable proteins and zero added sugars to ensure it is perfectly adapted to meet a chinchilla's nutritional requirements. In addition, Beaphar CARE+® Chinchilla contains antioxidants such as vitamin E, omega 3 and 6, green tea extract and spirulina to support the immune system, prebiotics MOS and FOS to support healthy gut flora, and Yucca schidigera extract to reduce the smell of pets’ faeces. The Beaphar CARE+® Small Animal Range uses an extruded, all-in-one formulation to ensure each food pellet contains the same composition and prevent selective feeding. This means no food is wasted and everything is eaten. Beaphar CARE+® is hardened to support the natural wearing of the teeth, thus reducing the risk of dental problems.

Instructions

ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT PACKAGING BEFORE USE. When changing your chinchilla onto a new food it is important to do this gradually. Over a few days mix some old food in with Beaphar CARE+® Chinchilla to avoid causing any intestinal disturbance. The daily amount of Beaphar CARE+® Chinchilla to give is dependent upon the size and weight of your chinchilla. The below information is a guide, so you may need to adjust the feeding amounts to suit your chinchilla’s requirements. Feed 25–35g of Beaphar CARE+® Chinchilla per day. Chinchillas appreciate regularity in their feeding time. Always have fresh drinking water available and a constant supply of hay.
