Description

Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit is an extremely palatable, complete, premium food which has been developed alongside vets and nutritionists, specially formulated for young rabbits and pregnant or lactating does. The pellets are smaller in size to enable young rabbits to eat them with ease. Containing increased calcium and protein, added vitamin A and D for growth and development, and a high fibre content of 25% to support optimal digestion. The recipe combines a balanced ratio of fibre and high-quality, digestible vegetable proteins and zero added sugars to ensure it is perfectly adapted to meet a growing rabbit's nutritional requirements. In addition, Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit contains antioxidants such as vitamin E, omega 3 and 6, green tea extract and spirulina to support the immune system, prebiotics MOS and FOS to support healthy gut flora, and yucca schidigera extract to reduce the smell of your rabbit’s faeces. The Beaphar CARE+® Small Animal Range uses an extruded, all-in-one formulation to ensure each food pellet contains the same composition and prevent selective feeding. This means no food is wasted and everything is eaten. Beaphar CARE+® is hardened to support the natural wearing of the teeth, thus reducing the risk of dental problems.

Instructions

ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT PACKAGING BEFORE USE. When changing your rabbit onto a new food it is important to do this gradually. Over a few days mix some old food in with Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit to avoid causing any intestinal disturbance. The daily amount of Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit to give is dependent upon the size and weight of your rabbit. The below information is a guide, so you may need to adjust the feeding amounts to suit your rabbit's requirements. Rabbits aged 3–6 weeks: Your baby rabbits should have the opportunity to eat small quantities of Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit and hay, in addition to their mother’s milk. Rabbits aged 6–10 weeks: Your baby rabbits should be weaned and used to eating Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit. Rabbits aged 10 weeks–6 months: Allow your young rabbit to eat as much Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit as he or she wants. Rabbits aged 6 months: Feed Approximately 35g per kg of bodyweight each day. Ideally split into 2 meals. Rabbits aged 9–10 months: Gradually change to Beaphar CARE+® Rabbit (for rabbits 10 months of age and older). When using during pregnancy or lactation it is important to allow your rabbit an unlimited amount of Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit. Always have fresh drinking water available and a constant supply of hay.
