Beaphar CARE+® Rabbit Junior has a high fiber content (25%) for good health and optimal digestion. Every pellet has an identical composition (ALL IN ONE), which is important for a balanced diet, preventing selective eating behaviour and leftovers. The specially hardened pellets support the natural wearing of the teeth. The pellets are perfectly sized for young rabbits of 3 weeks up to 10 months. They contain ideal levels of calcium, important for the growth of bones and muscles. ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT PACKAGING BEFORE USE. When changing your rabbit onto a new food it is important to do this gradually. Over a few days mix some old food in with Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit to avoid causing any intestinal disturbance. The daily amount of Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit to give is dependent upon the size and weight of your rabbit. The below information is a guide, so you may need to adjust the feeding amounts to suit your rabbit's requirements. Rabbits aged 3–6 weeks: Your baby rabbits should have the opportunity to eat small quantities of Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit and hay, in addition to their mother’s milk. Rabbits aged 6–10 weeks: Your baby rabbits should be weaned and used to eating Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit. Rabbits aged 10 weeks–6 months: Allow your young rabbit to eat as much Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit as he or she wants. Rabbits aged 6 months: Feed Approximately 35g per kg of bodyweight each day. Ideally split into 2 meals. Rabbits aged 9–10 months: Gradually change to Beaphar CARE+® Rabbit (for rabbits 10 months of age and older). When using during pregnancy or lactation it is important to allow your rabbit an unlimited amount of Beaphar CARE+® Junior Rabbit. Always have fresh drinking water available and a constant supply of hay.
